Paddlers Gateway @ SCM 2012

Once again, Paddlers Gateway has represented it's rower in the recent Singapore Canoe Marathon 2012. What made Paddlers Gateway so proud was having 2 champions in the T1 opens and master's categories. Chia Boon and his partner on the k2 emerged 1st for the master category, and Heng who impressed many others, especially all the youngsters, won 1st place in the T1 Opens. Not forgetting Maureen who got 8th place in the women opens for T1 was impressive, beating many other tertiary teams. As for the other members who did not fare too badly were Choon Teck and Arthur, having to beat other tertiary members in the highly competitive category for the T1 opens. In a nutshell, PG did well and had fun participating in such an eye-opening competition. Well done guys!
